I have been practicing pharmacy for over 40 years and "BOY!" Have I seen changes in medicine... The first 25 years, I was a robot and basically "pushed pills all day long". I finally wised up and realized patients were not getting better... they were just getting more medicine - and that started my journey. Once I saw the reality of the relationship of food and our health I knew I had to share what I learned. That led to learning about hormones, then thyroid health and then adrenal health. I now spend my days consulting with patients on wellness and hormones.

With a degree from Belmont University College of Pharmacy, I combine extensive pharmaceutical knowledge with a passion for holistic health. As a previous Division I tennis player, I understand the importance of physical well-being and resilience. To achieve this, we must look at the whole body and help get down to the root cause of your symptoms! I am dedicated to empowering patients to achieve their health goals through holistic personalized care, education, and support. Terra travels often and meets with majority of her patients via telehealth -- her goal for everyone is to Love Life!

Anne Marie graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in 1992. She owned a compounding pharmacy in Louisville, KY for about 15 years where she got her start in bio-identical hormone replacement and wellness. Her sister, Mary Lee, brought her out of retirement to work for Sheldon's Health + Wellness doing hormone and wellness consultations via telehealth. She lives in Finchville, KY with her husband and has two children, Miles and Addie Lee.
