o store a used pack, it's best to place it in a clean, dry area. You can fold it up and keep it under your sink, in a glass container with the lid slightly open, in a cloth bag, or simply hang it with the oily side facing upwards on a towel rack or hanger. Wherever you choose to store it should be breathable. This will help maintain its condition for your next use.

Pour 1-2 tbsp of Castor Oil onto the soft side of your pack. Spread evenly, avoiding over-saturation. Position the pack over your neck, covering the thyroid area. Secure gently without restricting movement or airflow. Wear your pack for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results. Use this time to unwind, meditate, or enjoy a moment of stillness.
